We are praising the Lord for His blessing on the first-ever Journey to the Heart for ATI Mothers in the Northwoods last week!
“This Journey has been the most fulfilled time I have ever had! We were refreshed in our bodies and renewed in our souls and spirits! I have a new freedom I have never had before—a joy inexpressible!” — an ATI mother
“I knew this Journey was going to be very timely for my life—but I didn’t know just how timely. I have faced several large stresses in the last twelve months. I am trusting God for the grace to follow through on what I have learned here in the Northwoods. I believe that I have also been given answers for a secret sin that I have had for forty years. Praise God! Time stood still for these four days. They seemed like four weeks! The beautiful environment of the Conference Center, the sweet fellowship with women in one accord is a taste of heaven, when time will truly stand still!” — an ATI mother
“God showed me that discouragement with my circumstances and people is really due to a lack of trust in God to truly know what is best for my life and that He is directing those circumstances to draw me closer to Him. I have had this head knowledge, but God has now put it in my spirit.” — a mother from Kansas
“I was at a very low point in my life and was lifted up by the precious love of Jesus.” — a mother from Georgia
“It was a battle between soul and spirit. My unclean soul distracted me from loving the Lord with all my heart. I needed this time to see what had happened and repent. What peace, joy, and power I have now!” — a mother from Minnesota
“This Journey has been a balm and oasis for reviving the hearts of moms!” — a mother from Illinois

This Journey was SUCH an encouragement for so many mothers. I praise God for each family and child that was represented by each Mom and look forward to my own mother reaping the benifits of this Journey.

What a faith building, spiritually uplifting 6 days this was! I gained so much insight to the LORD, me, my marriage and motherhood! I gained new friends and just delighted in all that God provided. Life is a joy, and I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to go. Every detail was God ordained, and I had fun.

When I heard the idea of a mother’s Journey many, many months ago, I prayed it would come about because of the enormous encouragement it would be to the mothers…and here the Lord brought it to pass with lasting results not only for each woman who attended, but for their families as well.

My mom went and I know it was a incredible encouragement to her…as well as a time for all her children to learn to fully appreciate all she does at home! We missed her and enjoyed our short daily chats with her on the phone…I am glad she had the opportunity to go and be refreshed and am looking forward to heading up there this weekend myself!

Praise the Lord for His work! Young people may be the future of the nation, but it’s the mothers who train them. I pray that the Journey will continue in each family represented by those mothers.

I’m so glad my Mom was able to go on this Journey! I know from all the stories she told (and how late we stayed up that night she got back
) that it was an incredible and profitable time!
