The largest guys Journey to the Heart team in the history of the program took off for the Northwoods this morning. As I asked some of the guys how I could pray for them, I was encouraged to hear some say, “Pray that I would remove anything in my life that might hinder God’s power,” “Pray that the Lord would give me direction,” and “Pray that I would be open to whatever the Lord shows me needs to change.” What an encouragement to see so many men with such a sincere quest— for more of God!

What a day! Thank you all so much for praying. We really felt the Lord’s presence and power this afternoon! As our team openly acknowledged our struggles and prayed in one accord for each other, there were fervent tears of repentance and brokenness. Praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy!

From all the way to Mexico to Chicago Usa!
My family and I, we are praying for them and for the Team Leaders (:
That is amazing!! That we have the same God, Mexico, Usa, Canada… no matter where we are…. our sweet Jesus is right there.. next to us… sometimes He could be slow, taking time, being patience with us , doing things in his timing.. but He is never late.. always in the right moment… Hope that the love and mercy of God can be with them….
Prasing God for you all (:

The reports keep getting better and better each evening we hear from the fellows! I can’t wait to see what God will do in their hearts and lives today as they learn how to delight themselves in the Lord. Sounds like a lot of spiritual break throughs so far!

We are just praising the Lord for His working in the hearts and lives of everyone here! Mr. Norvell’s team was an hour late for brunch yesterday because they were enjoying confessing sins and praying so much. One fellow told me that this was so much better than food. There has been a spirit of revival up here all week and we are encouraged. The Journey is not over and there is still more God wants to do, though, so keep praying!

I would say that the Journey was well worth it as soon as I prayed to receive Christ into my life! I would say it was Paul Washers speech which finally led me to the Lord. I also had an awesome time with my team experiencing one accord. Anyone that reads this, please pray for me and my family that we would have the unity that God made us to have. I would like to thank all of the Northwoods staff, the van drivers, the cooks =P, Marty for being such an awesome team leader, and Mr. Gothard for making the JOURNEY TO THE HEART so we can learn to really SEE God. GOD BLESS ALL OF Y’ALL. =P

God seriously touched my life on this Journey, as with so many others. What a blessing that I had such an awesome opportunity, and that we have open opportunities with the Lord to deepen our fellowship everyday! I’m excited to see how God will use simple truths (like meditating on His Word) to revolutionize the way I live life as this Journey has, in many ways, just begun!
Praise the Lord!
Thanks to all the IBLP staff and volunteers who took part in making this, by far, the best experience of my life to date!…and it’s only gonna get better
God Bless all of you!
