“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy” – Proverbs 28:13.
A spirit of revival broke out at Journey headquarters last week as Paul and Jenny Speed from Whatever It Takes! Ministries shared amazing personal testimonies of the power of truth to bring freedom. Satan is the father of lies (see John 8:44) and believing his lies brings bondage. When we know the Truth, it sets us free! (See John 8:32.) As we renounce “the hidden things of dishonesty” and instead “walk in the light,” we experience the joy of genuine fellowship with God and others. (See II Corinthians 4:2 and I John 1:7.)
This incredible video of the testimony of Jason & Kathryn Kempson was an inspiration to all of us!

This really was a blessing! I would recommend listening to their session for anyone who wants to gain victory in the fight against Satan and his kingdom!

Praise to the Lord Jesus, the King of the Universe! He is my Savior too. He sets the captive free. What a beautiful testimony.

I was so touched. Praise the Lord, for He truly can restore relationships as well as our very soul. What a wonderful testimony of God’s faithfulness and an example of true love.

Amazing how victory looks so broken. I can identify with so much of what he said. It is amazing to me how God used completely different means to bring me to the same place. Being king of our own lives is being slave to Satan. The breaking of ourselves is actually just admitting that we are already broken in sin. What freedom the truth brings! Sin in us is alive and must be put to death. But when the Truth is given the throne, what a new life begins! It is the fear of this death and brokenness that holds us in bondage. Truly they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh. What is there to fear when we have already died? “so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death… for he that is dead is freed from sin. Now IF we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him…” Indeed “faith is the victory that overcomes the world”! PRAISE GOD
